Insured shipping

Every piece ships insured to its full value and requires a signature. International express delivery takes 3–5 working days. Domestic delivery within India takes 2–4 working days.

Returns and exchanges

International orders may be returned within 30 days. Orders in India may be returned within 15 days. Engraved and made-to-order pieces cannot be returned.

Hallmarking and certification

Pieces sold in India carry a BIS hallmark and unique six-digit HUID. International orders include an assay record and a signed certificate of authenticity.

Caring for gold

Clean gold with warm water, mild soap and a soft cloth. Avoid chlorine, abrasives and repeated contact with perfume. The atelier can restore the original finish.
